What about security?

We are confident that your credit card number and personal information are secure. We use a Secure Sockets Layer security system, which is widely accepted as the Internet security standard. When you submit your private information, it is encrypted, meaning your information is encoded and secure as it travels across the Internet. Additionally, you may elect to have your credit card information stored with us for your future shopping convenience. Storing your credit card information with us is safe, hassle free, and will enable you to checkout quickly during future purchases. Upon authorization from your bank, we will encrypt your credit card information using the latest technology. Your credit card information will be stored in our secured databases, which reside behind a firewall, completely inaccessible from the Internet. As you navigate the site, you may receive security-warning messages, depending on your browser settings. Most browsers will notify you if you are about to leave or enter a secure site, if the site you are about to transmit to does not have a valid identification, or if the connection you have with the site is not secure to send a transmission. By responding to these warnings, you are taking the first step towards protecting yourself from vulnerabilities to theft or privacy invasion.


Why does the NSR use cookies?

The NSR uses cookies - small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive - so that we know when you're visiting our site. Cookies enable us to give those customers who chose to register with the NSR I a personalized experience, including a greeting and remembering your shopping cart. Customers can browse with cookies turned off, but you can only purchase if you accept the cookie. Accepting cookies on our site does not give us access to your computer or to any other personal information about you, other than the data you provide to complete a purchase.


Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can buy products online or by calling  (8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST every day).


What payment methods can I use?

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards and PayPal Express Checkout.


What happens if one of the products I ordered is out of stock?

Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, the NSR will be unable to process the rest of your order. We will send you an e-mail message to notify you of an out-of-stock item as soon as possible. If you still want to buy the remaining items, we will ask you to re-order them separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Will the NSR confirm my order?

Yes, as soon as the NSR receives your order we'll send you an e-mail message that confirms the products are in stock. We will also e-mail you when your order is shipped.


Can I cancel or change my order?

The NSR begins processing accepted orders immediately and is therefore unable to accept order cancellation requests once you have received an order confirmation. If an order is processed in error, contact our customer service immediately at 1(508) 543-9300 for instructions.

For custom-built PC's the factory receives your order as soon as it is approved. Since the PC is custom built, your order can not be changed or modified once the order has been submitted/approved. If however an order is processed in error, contact our customer service immediately for instructions. We will attempt to cancel your custom order prior to the start of the build process.

How do I sign up for PayPal?

To use PayPal as a payment method, you need to establish a PayPal account (Note: credit card information is not required to sign up for PayPal). What is your return policy?

The NSR will accept product returns and exchanges up to 21 days after delivery, except on opened, boxed software and excluding gift cards except where required by law. Click here to see our full Return & Exchange Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Credit for returns and exchanges will not be issued until the NSR confirms receipt of the merchandise. Your financial institution may take 5-7 business days to process the credit in your account. To check the status of your refund, click on your order status.
