Return & exchange policy
1) To return or exchange an item, you must first get a Return Authorization Number or RAN#.
2) Replace product in original packaging including all items originally in box.
3) Include receipt as proof of purchase.
4) Write in bold letters RAN# (return authorization number) on the outside package.
5) You must return the product within 5 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN.
Refunds
Credits for returns and exchanges is issued upon receipt of the merchandise. Please be aware that financial institutions take 5-7 days to process transactions before it reflects in your account.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
