Device does not turn on when switch is on position
1) Check if unit properly plugged to wall outlet.
2) Check if wall outlet has power.
The compressor works but does not nebulize
1) Make sure that all connecting components (mask, nebulizer cup and air tubing) are fitting properly.
2) Check nebulizer cup medication solution level.
3) Check for all opening for any obstructions.
